If any item cannot be shipped within three business days, we will notify you and let you know when items will be available. All merchandise must be sent to a residential or business address, since UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping to HI, AK, VI, and PR require Priority Mail Service. You can return or exchange unused products in excellent condition and original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Federal Law prohibits the reuse of medical supplies; therefore returns of medical supplies are only accepted in cases of manufacturer defect. For health and hygiene reasons, some items (graduated compression hosiery, nursing bras and lingerie) are not returnable/exchangable once the packaging has been opened except for the reason of manufacturing defect.
